We set up call forwarding on your existing number — so when a call goes unanswered, it gets forwarded to a dedicated RingDesk number (a new SIM we provide). We take data handling seriously. Conversations are processed by our AI to understand and respond to requests — this means message content passes through our systems and may be processed on servers outside India (including the US) via our AI providers. We only retain what's needed to manage appointments: names, phone numbers, and scheduling details. We do not store clinical diagnoses or medical records, and we never sell or share your patients' data with third parties.
